The following refund policy applies to purchases of Japan Omamori digital content.
Cancellations and refunds for personal preference
Because this is digital content, cancellations and refunds for personal preference, such as finding it different from your expectations or not to your taste, are generally not accepted after purchase. Duplicate charges, failure to provide the content and defects that do not conform to the contract will be reviewed and addressed appropriately. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Duplicate charges, non-delivery or defects
For duplicate charges, failure to provide the content or defects, contact the email address below with your purchase date, any transaction reference you have and a description of the issue. We will review the issue and respond appropriately. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords or recovery codes.
Access after a refund
Access granted by a refunded purchase is revoked. A recovery code does not reactivate access for that refunded purchase.
